At Guest In Residence, we want you to cherish your cashmere for a lifetime. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return.
